We plan, manage and deliver medical and scientific conferences, educational workshops, stand-alone scientific meetings, corporate events and exhibitions — from the first concept and budget through to on-site operations and closeout.
Which cities in Saudi Arabia do you organise events in?
Our team is based in Riyadh and delivers events across the Kingdom. GloMarQ events have taken place in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, Makkah, Madinah, Al-Ahsa, Tabuk and Al-Baha, and our workshop series take the same programme to several of these cities.
Can GloMarQ manage the scientific programme and the speakers?
Yes. Our program design and content service covers the scientific agenda, speaker invitations and briefings, abstracts and CME-ready content. We work with the scientific committee and the chairs so that the agenda, the speakers and the accreditation requirements stay aligned.
Do you handle registration and on-site check-in?
Yes. As part of our event logistics and operations, we set up online registration and confirmations, run fast QR check-in at the door and record attendance for every session — the records an accredited event needs.
What is a workshop series?
A workshop series takes one workshop to several cities, so healthcare professionals can attend close to where they work. Recent series include the Renal Care Workshop Series in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar and Tabuk, and the Ramadan Workshop Series in Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah and Al-Ahsa. Each series has its own page listing every date and city.
Do you manage exhibitions and sponsors at conferences?
Yes. We plan the exhibition floor, design booths and manage every exhibitor and sponsor — packages, contracts, deadlines and benefits — through to the on-site operations. See exhibition and trade show management for the details.
Can an event be hybrid or online?
Yes. Alongside in-person events we run webinars and hybrid sessions for people who cannot travel, with digital registration, live polls and digital certificates.
